Click ‘Order Tracking’ at Top Right of the page and track your order by using Order ID or your billing email address.

  1. If your order is shipped via J&T Express you may receive your order in 3-7 days other than that, you may check the delivery status with the particular seller.

If the seller’s item is not placed in our warehouse, the seller will ship out your order individually.

  1. For item less than 35kg and dimension L(cm) X W(cm) X H(cm)/6000 not more than 35, will be shipped by our partner shipping service- J&T Express, other than that, seller will arrange delivery by themselves.
